Sitara Serene Tower is conceived as a dual-tower, 20-storey development with a total of 104 residential and hotel apartments, positioned within Gulberg’s central business district. The project blends urban living with hospitality, offering a compact yet high-end vertical community.

The design stands out through its distinct angled form, where both towers are shaped with sharp, sloping rooflines and faceted façades. The use of perforated screens, vertical fins, and deep balcony cuts creates a dynamic play of light and shadow, while also enhancing privacy and climate response. The towers are visually connected yet read as two sculpted volumes, giving the project a strong and recognizable identity on the skyline.

Apartments are efficiently planned with open layouts and expansive glazing, allowing for natural light, ventilation, and uninterrupted city views.

At the lower ground level, the project integrates key amenities including a gym, spa, and swimming pools, creating a private wellness zone within the development. The overall concept focuses on form-driven architecture and urban functionality, making it equally suited for living and investment.
