Marvel Arcade doesn’t rise like a conventional tower, it unfolds. At 26 floors (278’3”), its program stacks like a small vertical district: a busy commercial base with a mart, offices in the middle, and above that, a mix of service apartments, residences, and penthouses.

The architecture leans into contrast. Smooth glass planes are wrapped by sweeping ribs that bend and taper as they climb, giving the façade a sense of motion rather than height. The massing splits into slender vertical elements that rejoin, creating voids, shadows, and a more dynamic skyline presence.

Out front, a cantilevered terrace café extends into the air, less a balcony, more a pause above the street. Deeper inside, a courtyard softens the density, bringing light and a quieter core to the project.

It reads less like a single building and more like a compact, vertical neighborhood.
