Sitara Gold Vista rises 552 feet across 44 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in the region. With 1,210 apartments and a 691-room hotel, it brings together a dense program within a carefully articulated form.

Stepped volumes and expansive terraces at multiple levels break the mass, creating breathing spaces that introduce light, greenery, and openness throughout. The façade combines soft curves, vertical fins, and layered glazing, giving the tower depth and a shifting character as light changes.

Rather than a singular block, the design reads as a sculpted, vertical landscape, balancing scale, density, and a sense of openness.
