The Radius is conceived as a vertical mixed-use landmark in Grand City Kharian, rising to 50+ floors with a total covered area of over 1.3 million sq. ft. It brings together retail, entertainment, offices, and residential spaces in a single, continuous urban experience, stacked and clearly organized within the tower.

The architecture is driven by a response to wind, shaping the building into a smooth, aerodynamic form derived from circles, ellipses, and radial geometry. This approach reduces wind pressure while giving the tower its distinct, flowing identity on the skyline.

Internally, the tower is structured into three primary zones: commercial, offices, and apartments creating a clear functional hierarchy. The lower levels activate the building with retail and entertainment, while upper levels transition into more private workspaces and residences, all oriented to capture panoramic views of the city.

The façade integrates horizontal and vertical louvers, acting as a climatic skin that filters sunlight without blocking views. This adds depth to the exterior while improving comfort inside.

Rather than a typical mall or tower, The Radius works as a self-contained urban hub, where movement, form, and function are all shaped by a single idea, flow.
